BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, either by PayPal or Card Payment. Deposits are transferable but only up to 48 hours before your appointment, anything after this will be considered a late cancellation and the deposit will be held to settle this.
Please remember that shedding is normal, however excessive shedding is not. We have a 72 hour grace period to report any issues with your treatment. Each case will be assessed individually, and a decision will be made by the technician on a suitable outcome.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION
In the event of a same-day cancellation, you must email info@perola-uk.com with your full name and appointment information as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of their remaining balance. This will be charged to the card on file. In the event there is no chargeable card on file, or the card declines, you will be required to clear your balance at the start of your next appointment.
NO-SHOWS
In the event of you not showing up to your appointment with no communication prior, you will be charged 100% of your appointment balance and will be at risk of being blocked from our system. Balance will be charged to the card on file.
LATENESS
We would like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment with no eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions retention and also waste time.
